	29th Annual NACBA Invitational Basketball & 1st Volleyball Tournament Details Released In addition to the 29th Annual Basketball Tournament, we welcome volleyball to the nationals as we will present the first ever North American Chinese Volleyball Championships. A different flavor than the traditional 9-man tournaments, this 6-man tournament will certainly set a new standard.
	NACBA Top 10 at 10 - The Women Have Game! 2008 marks the 10th year that the NACBA has officially hosted a Women ’s divisions. We honored the Top 10 players of the past 10 years, as well as our Most Outstanding player to date. These are the players who have made the biggest impact on our tournament over the years
	It's a Wrap - NACBA Brotherly & Sisterly Love in Philadelphia The 2008 edition of the NACBAIT was a blockbuster hit, as 77 teams in 9 separate divisions converged on Philadelphia for their shot at glory. Saturday saw a perpetual lineup of pool play games played at the city’s 3 major universities.

MEN'S MASTERS 45 & OVER
This is the newly created division to give the most veteran of veteran players a reason to keep lacing them up each year. Whatever team wins the 45’s Championship here in Philadelphia will have overcome fierce odds, as father time has robbed these vintage ballers of the athleticism that they once had. In this division, perhaps more than any other, teamwork is going to be big. The New York Fishmen are the editor’s choice as favorites in the Masters. Having successfully won a title as recently as 2005 in the Friendship, against much younger competition, these guys still got game. Paul Gong cracks the whip for this team, but with Ramon Wong directing the offense and with plenty of support from Wing Lau and Ken Chan, the Fishmen should be looking dandy. Look for David Wong to fill it up. The Montreal MMAC Masters should also make some noise in the 45’s division. The top gun here will be Arthur Hong, who will swish all day from any spot in the gym if you leave him open. Not to be outdone, their fellow Canadians- the Toronto CCYAA Masters 45- also look to be in the mix as Sunday afternoon rolls around. As the old heads of CCYAA lace ‘em up, they are sure to have plenty of crowd support from their youngsters, so be sure to catch a few of their games. The Philadelphia Suns Masters have been out of the loop in recent years as families and careers have shown basketball the back seat. But with the tourney in their own backyard, these nifty fifties got together to run again. These old men have been practicing harder than many Elite teams- going to the track for conditioning, and lifting weights as a team. They will be fine in the backcourt, with Stosh Eng, Brendan Lee, and Kevin Lee filling their roles. In the frontcourt, Whitey Lee and Brookie Lee (2002 Seniors MVP) will do the scoring. The Suns may be the dark horse pick in the Masters. No matter who takes the title this year, it will certainly be something to see.
