	29th Annual NACBA Invitational Basketball & 1st Volleyball Tournament Details Released In addition to the 29th Annual Basketball Tournament, we welcome volleyball to the nationals as we will present the first ever North American Chinese Volleyball Championships. A different flavor than the traditional 9-man tournaments, this 6-man tournament will certainly set a new standard.
	NACBA Top 10 at 10 - The Women Have Game! 2008 marks the 10th year that the NACBA has officially hosted a Women ’s divisions. We honored the Top 10 players of the past 10 years, as well as our Most Outstanding player to date. These are the players who have made the biggest impact on our tournament over the years
	It's a Wrap - NACBA Brotherly & Sisterly Love in Philadelphia The 2008 edition of the NACBAIT was a blockbuster hit, as 77 teams in 9 separate divisions converged on Philadelphia for their shot at glory. Saturday saw a perpetual lineup of pool play games played at the city’s 3 major universities.

NACBA Scholarship
In an effort to recognize the success of our participants and to encourage the leaders of tomorrow, the host organization, the Philadelphia Suns, will be awarding a scholarship this year to one lucky participant. The scholarship amount will be used towards the student's books for the upcoming semester. The participant must be a player, coach, or volunteer and a current college or graduate school student. The criteria will be based on academic performance, participation in the NACBAIT, community service, and sportsmanship.

Interested parties may apply or nominate another player by contacting Tournament Director Michael Mon at michaeljmon@hotmail.com and providing a current resume with the above criteria highlighted. Once the field of applicants has been narrowed to our finalists, an interview will be held over the course of the Tournament weekend. The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the event.

$25 NACBA fee is non-refundable and will be utilized to cover NACBA expenses throughout the year Refundable Tournament Deposit of $100 will be returned after the Tournament to ensure each team complies with NACBA guidelines, work team duties, is not late to their games/forfeits, is not involved in altercations, vandalism, complies with tournament hotel booking requirements, etc.

Roster Information:	• Roster limit is 12 players per team • Players may participate on only one team and in only one division throughout the weekend • Offending teams will forfeit the game, and the ineligible player will not be allowed to play any further

Each Player Receives:	• commemorative tournament t-shirt Be sure to include your t-shirt sizes (S-2XL) on your roster, or the default sizing guidelines will implemented (half large/half extra large for Men’s teams, half medium half large for Women’s teams). If you require any 3XL t-shirts, please let us know as early as possible • Tournament Banquet ticket on Sunday evening Tournament banquet will be held in Chinatown. If you require more than the allotted amount of tickets, they are for sale and the process will be announced at a later time.
