NACBA STAY & PLAY POLICY

The NACBA is pleased to announce that for the 2016 NACBAIT being held in Dallas, Texas between Friday, May 27th and Monday, May 30th, 2016

A Stay and Play Policy has been put in place in order to ensure the success and viability of the event.  It was implemented to increase the amount of room nights available to our participants, while assuring that everyone receives the highest quality of service during their stay in Dallas.  As a result of the Stay and Play Policy, NACBA is better able to prove our financial impact on the local economy, which continues to be essential in acquiring grants for our events.  

All participating teams are required to reserve three (3) rooms for a minimum of three (3) nights each through one of the 2016 NACBAIT Host hotel properties.  

Reservations can be made by contacting any of the Host Hotel Properties. Please contact these properties directly via the hotel link above or by phone to set up your reservation for the tournament weekend.

Men's Open - $650 Entry Fee , Plus NACBA fee ($50-$100), Plus $200 Refundable Deposit
Men's Friendship - $650 Entry Fee , Plus NACBA fee ($50-$100), Plus $200 Refundable Deposit
Men's 30 & Over - $650 Entry Fee , Plus NACBA fee ($50-$100), Plus $200 Refundable Deposit
Men's Senior 40 & Over - $650 Entry Fee , Plus NACBA fee ($50-$100), Plus $200 Refundable Deposit
Men’s Masters 50 & Over - $650 Entry Fee , Plus NACBA fee ($50-$100), Plus $200 Refundable Deposit
Junior Boys 18 & Under - $625 Entry Fee , Plus NACBA fee ($50-$100), Plus $200 Refundable Deposit
Youth Boys 15 & Under - $625 Entry Fee , Plus NACBA fee ($50-$100), Plus $200 Refundable Deposit

NACBA membership fee.
• NACBA Fee is non-refundable and will be utilized to cover NACBA expenses throughout the year.
• All teams who did not participate in 2015 event are subject to a $100 NACBA fee
* For the teams who took part in the 2015 event, the NACBA membership fee is only $50.

$200 Refundable Deposit (new policy)
Will cover the team’s adherence to the following: Stay and Play policy, work team assignments. Deposits can be returned on the weekend of the tournament. Teams that need further review will receive refunds 30 days upon completion of the tournament or sooner.


Registration Deadlines:

January 24, 2016: Early Bird Registration Deadline
($50 discount on entry fee)

February 21, 2016: Regular Registration Deadline ($100 late fee applies after Feb 21). Confirmations of teams accepted to play begin on February 21st.

March 13, 2016: Final Registration Deadline and Team Rosters are due. No exceptions.

April 10, 2016:  Last date for any Roster changes. Absolutely no changes are allowed after this date. Failure to submit the final roster by this date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

* Note: Confirmation of your teams participation in the tournament will only be finalized once the NACBA has received notice that you have booked the required amount of rooms at one of the Host Hotels.

Roster Information:

ROSTERS must be submitted by March 13, 2016. No exceptions to this rule.

Last date to make changes/additions to the roster is April 10, 2016

Roster limit is 12 players per team

• Players may participate on only one team and in only one division throughout the weekend.  Offending teams will forfeit the game, and the ineligible player will not be allowed to play any further. Exception to the rule applies in the Men’s Masters division and Girls 18u division.

• Eligibility Issues: need to be addressed and concluded by April 10, 2016.  Please contact Harry Leong harryleong.suns@gmail.com; with questions and issues prior to registering. Example: Players participating for the first time must submit their documents before this date for eligibility determination.
