All teams are required to book a minimum of 3 rooms at the official tournament hotels on the evenings of May 27, 28 and 29, 2011. All rooms are available through the hotel on a first come first served basis, as the rate for late reservations may be increased based on demand. All reservations are charged to guests’ credit card immediately upon booking. There will be no refunds from the hotel, as this is part of the hotel contract that affords us this unbeatable group rate.
A block of rooms have been reserved for the evenings of May 26 – May 30, 2011. The special NACBA room rate will be available until April 27th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
