  • Refundable Tournament Deposit of $100 will be returned after the Tournament to ensure each team complies with NACBA guidelines, work team duties, is not late to their games/forfeits, is not involved in altercations, vandalism, complies with tournament hotel booking requirements, etc.

Roster Information: Roster limit: 12 players (Last date to make changes/additions to the roster is March 31, 2009)
• Players may participate on only one team and in only one division throughout the weekend
• Offending teams will forfeit the game, and the ineligible player will not be allowed to play any further

Be sure to include your t-shirt sizes (S-2XL) on your roster, or the default sizing guidelines will implemented (half large/half extra large for Men’s teams, half medium half large for Women’s teams).

 If you require more than the allotted amount of tickets, they will be put up for sale and the process will be announced at a later time.
