Hotel Requirement

All meetings/registrations will be conducted at one of the official NACBA Hotels.

*All teams are required to book a minimum of 3 rooms for 3 nights (Friday/Saturday/Sunday evenings) in order to be eligible to play in this year's event. In the event that your team does not comply with the NACBA mandate, your registration will be rejected and your deposit/fees will be forfeited.

Reservations may be made through the link or they may be made by individual attendees directly with Hotel reservations at 604-233-3996 or via email cecilia.dalmacio@hilton.com. To ensure that they received the special rate of $125.00 CDN; they must identify themselves as participants of the North American Chinese Basketball Association Invitational Tournament. Delegates should be aware that reservations must be made no later than Tuesday April 24, 2012. After this date, reservations can be made on an availability basis and at the best available rate. Rates include a $20.00 food and beverage credit per day per room, complimentary guestroom internet access, and complimentary local calls in all guestrooms. The Hotel will provide the group with an Athlete lounge for guests to congregate.

All reservations will be charged to your credit card immediately and are non-refundable.

The Marriott Vancouver Airport Hotel

Reservations must be made by individual attendees directly with Hotel reservations at 604-233-3991 or via email Reservations@vancouver-marriott.com. To ensure that they received the special rate of $125.00 CDN; they must identify themselves as participants of the North American Chinese Basketball Association Invitational Tournament. Delegates should be aware that reservations must be made no later than Tuesday April 24, 2012. After this date, reservations can be made on an availability basis and at the best available rate. Rates include a $20.00 food and beverage credit per day per room, complimentary guestroom internet access, and complimentary local calls in all guestrooms. The Hotel will provide the group with an Athlete lounge for guests to congregate as well as up to two kit/uniform cleanings per player for the duration of their stay.
