HOTEL RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH TEAM:
Since this year’s NATIONAL TOURNAMENT will be held at a neutral site with no local team representation, the NACBA executive board has stated that all teams entered for the 2007 tournament are required to reserve a minimum of three rooms/per night based on a three night stay (May 25, 26, 27) at the official tournament hotel. This will help our organization cover the guaranteed room block reserved for our event. There will be no exceptions to this rule and teams that don't abide by this rule will be asked to withdraw from the tournament.
HOW TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM:
ALL RESERVATIONS will be handled in-house by the NACBA. Rooms at the special rate are subject to availability and ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST MADE POLICY.
 Download a Reservation Form. Fill it out completely and fax back to 718-456-8468. A confirmation of your fax and reservation will be sent in 1-2 days. (Due to the holiday weekend and the size of our group, your first night’s room & tax will be charged to your credit card on 4/25/07)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If your team has fulfilled the three room/per night requirements for May 25-27, and you want to cancel a reservation in excess of the team’s requirement; you may do so anytime before 4/24/07without incurring any charges. Anyone who had previously faxed in their reservation forms prior to Monday, February 15th, will be notified by email with their confirmation number during the week of March 12-16.
