2013 Tournament Program Advertising

• NACBA Fee is non-refundable and will be utilized to cover NACBA expenses throughout the year. • All teams who did not participate in 2012 event are subject to a $150 NACBA membership fee. * For teams who took part in the 2012 event, the NACBA membership fee is only $50. |
Registration Deadlines: | January 1, 2013 :: Early Bird ($50 discount) February 10, 2013 (Chinese New Year) :: Regular Registration Deadline ($100 late fee applies after Feb 10) March 3, 2013 :: Final Registration Deadline and Roster Deadline. March 15, 2013 :: Final Rosters Due, last date for any Roster changes. * Please note that your registration is not accepted until we receive confirmation that hotel reservation requirement has been met. |

Roster Information: | • Roster limit: 12 players (Last date to make changes/additions to the roster is March 15, 2013) • Players may participate on only one team and in only one division throughout the weekend • Offending teams will forfeit the game, and the ineligible player will not be allowed to play any further |

Ineligible Teams: Maryland Pistons (organization eligible for 2014 reinstatement) • NY FBNYC B is eligible for 2013 reinstatement. Any organization/team who wishes to be reinstated upon completion of their ineligible term MUST petition the NACBA Executive Committee in writing prior to any reinstatement. Additionally, any player in question wishing to participate on another team must petition to the NACBA Executive Committee in writing, and must do so prior to being declared eligible. |
