- "In order to satisfy the hotel requirement for your team, rooms must be reserved via the link above. Reservations made through other travel sites will not be counted toward our Stay and Play Policy
- Enter your team name in the “Company” field when making your hotel reservations to receive the proper credit.
- Group rate is $109 per room 1-4 occupancy
- Reservation deadline is April 7, 2017
- Hotel has a limited number of rooms available before and after the tournament (beginning on May 22 and ending on June 1) at the same rate (subject to availability)

NACBA STAY & PLAY POLICY
The NACBA is pleased to announce that for the 2017 NACBAIT being held in Madison, Wisconsin between Friday, May 26th and Monday, May 29th, 2017
A Stay and Play Policy has been put in place in order to ensure the success and viability of the event. It was implemented to increase the amount of room nights available to our participants, while assuring that everyone receives the highest quality of service during their stay in Madison. As a result of the Stay and Play Policy, NACBA is better able to prove our financial impact on the local economy, which continues to be essential in acquiring grants for our events.
All participating teams are required to reserve three (3) rooms for a minimum of three (3) nights each at the 2017 NACBAIT Host hotel property.
Reservations can be made via the hotel link above or by phone to set up your reservation for the tournament weekend.
Note: Confirmation of your team's participation in the tournament will only be finalized once the NACBA has received notice that you have booked the required amount of rooms at the Tournament Host Hotel. Please send an email to Harry Leong with the reservation name and confirmation number.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES
January 29, 2017: Early Bird Registration Deadline
($50 discount on entry fee)
March 5, 2017: Regular Registration Deadline ($100 late fee applies after March 5th). Confirmations of teams accepted to play begin on March 5th.
March 26, 2017: Final Registration Deadline and Team Rosters are due. No exceptions.
April 2, 2017: Last date for any Roster changes. Absolutely no changes are allowed after this date. Failure to submit the final roster by this date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

ROSTER INFORMATION
TEAM ROSTERS must be submitted by March 26, 2017. No exceptions to this rule.
Last date to make changes/additions to the roster is April 2, 2017
Roster limit is 12 players per team
- Players may participate on only one team and in only one division throughout the weekend. Offending teams will forfeit the game, and the ineligible player will not be allowed to play any further. Exception to the rule applies in the Men’s Masters division and Girls 18u division.
- Eligibility Issues: need to be addressed and concluded by April 2, 2017. Please contact Harry Leong harryleong.suns@gmail.com; with questions and issues prior to registering. Example: Players participating for the first time must submit their documents before this date for eligibility determination.
